The problem in Pakistan has always been the lack of good leadership. Just about every leader we've had during the last 60 years has siphoned off millions to their personal accounts in Zurich.

And the geopolitically strategic position of Pakistan forces various influential countries to invest in the form of aid to keep it from destabilizing.

Just about every speech made by Asif Zardari to the international media is calling for aid. And then, he gets to keep his 10%.
